Registration

If you missed walk-in Registration, it is not too late. See below for important registration information.

NEW THIS YEAR: You can pick up a form at A Perfect game at their new location:470 E. Main St. and mail it to the P.O. box on the form.

You have until January 31 to sign up without a late fee (registration forms received after January 31 will be assessed a $10 late charge). Teams will primarily be formed by the end of January, we will be unable to honor ANY requests after January 31st. Registration closes after February 9th.

Download the 2008 Registration Form (.doc), print it out, fill it out and sign it, and send it in to the address on the form. Be sure to sign the parents code of conduct.
