Registration

Mail in registration November 1st -January 23rd.

Walk in late registration January 23rd at Grass Valley Round Table, 11-3pm.

Sibling discount is $5 per player.

Download the 2010 Registration Form (.doc), print it out, fill it out and sign it, and send it in to the address on the form. Be sure to sign the parents code of conduct and fill out the team request form. Special request form if needed.

You may also pick up a form at A Perfect game, fill it out and mail it in. A Perfect Game is located at 470 E. Main St. across the street from the Chevron station at E. Main and Idaho Maryland road.

Last day to register is January 23. Forms will only be processed after that date if there is space available on a team.
